Soldering
To use the Pixart PMW-3360 Mouse Sensor, you’ll need:
If you do not have these tools, you will not be able to complete the assembly process.
We recommend watching this video about soldering prior to starting your soldering work. It correctly shows how to avoid common issues like cold joints, excessive or not enough solder, and how and when to use flux. We also recommend watching this video about desoldering, which provides additional educational background on the desoldering process.
This part requires a significant amount of electronics assembly expertise to assemble correctly. If your device is non-functioning as a result of inadequate assembly, we cannot provide warranty service to you. Checkout page not working?
Sometimes, ad-blocking software will interfere with the checkout process. It’ll result in the checkout page hanging forever after you’ve entered your payment information. If this is happening to you, try temporarily disabling your ad-blockers.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- We ship packages using Chit Chats, a Canadian logistics provider.
- During the checkout process, you will see an estimate for delivery time. THIS IS NOT AN ESTIMATE FOR HOW LONG THE PRODUCT WILL TAKE TO ARRIVE FROM YOUR DATE OF PURCHASE. It is an estimate for how long the package will be in transit.
- Orders will be shipped out on the basis of availability.
- Ploopy may charge sales tax for sales of Products; Canadian orders will show sales tax (HST or GST) upon checkout, while International orders will have sales tax collected upon import.
- If sales tax is not indicated during the checkout process, it will be collected upon import along with all other charges related to customs, duties, and brokerage fees. Ploopy does not receive these funds, nor do we mandate their collection; they are collected by customs as part of international trade agreements.
- Shipping costs are not declared on customs forms; only the value of purchased goods is declared.
- If a shipping option declares that it is (Untracked), no tracking number for the parcel will be provided.
- Our logistics provider does not ship to certain countries. If you are located in a country that our logistics provider does not support, we will not be able to ship orders to you.
- If you use a freight forwarding service, we will not be liable for any failed delivery attempts made by said freight forwarding service.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy (shipping not included). We cannot accept returns for kit products that have been assembled.
