Soldered or Unsoldered?
There are two options for this item: “Soldered” and “Unsoldered”.
If you choose the “Unsoldered” option, you will have to solder the PMW3360 sensor to the PCB, and complete any other soldering work required to assemble the PCBs.
If you choose the “Soldered” option, the PMW3360 will already be soldered to the PCB when you receive it, and all other soldering work will also be completed.
To complete the assembly, you’ll need:
- A Phillips head screwdriver (#1 or similar size)
If you order the “Unsoldered” version of the board, you’ll also need:
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE ABOVE, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE ASSEMBLY PROCESS.
IMPORTANT NOTE
This item is specifically meant for our supporters who have previously ordered a Ploopy device and need a replacement board for some reason. If you’ve found this page and submit an order to us, and your order is not related to an open support request, we may choose to refund your purchase and assess you with a processing fee for doing so.
Checkout page not working?

Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- We ship packages using Canada Post.
- During the checkout process, you will see an estimate for delivery time. THIS IS NOT AN ESTIMATE FOR HOW LONG THE PRODUCT WILL TAKE TO ARRIVE FROM YOUR DATE OF PURCHASE. It is an estimate for how long the package will be in transit.
- Orders will be shipped out on the basis of availability.
- Ploopy may charge sales tax for sales of Products; Canadian orders will show sales tax (HST or GST) upon checkout, while International orders will have sales tax collected upon import.
- If sales tax is not indicated during the checkout process, it will be collected upon import along with all other charges related to customs, duties, and brokerage fees. Ploopy does not receive these funds, nor do we mandate their collection; they are collected by customs as part of international trade agreements.
- Shipping costs are not declared on customs forms; only the value of purchased goods is declared.
- If a shipping option declares that it is (Untracked), no tracking number for the parcel will be provided.
Returns
Included with your Ploopy hardware is a limited one (1) year manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is automatically voided if you in any way alter the hardware, software or firmware you receive, including but not limited to flashing new firmware onto hardware you purchase from us.
We offer a 30-day return policy (shipping not included).
